Product Information

All the items for sale have been handmade by me with skill and attention to detail in my home studio. I take great pride in what I produce. As, a result, there will sometimes be some slight imperfections, this should be seen as a part of its character.

It is difficult to represent yarn and fabric colours accurately in photographs, so should you wish a particular colour match please do not hesitate to Contact me.

Postage & Shipping

I aim to despatch your order within 5 working days for those ordered via the online shop. For those items which are bespoke and made to orders will have a longer lead time. Timescales for these will be agreed with you at the time of placing the order.

If you have a specific date for an item in mind, please do Contact. me to confirm this can be met, I will do all I can to ensure your order arrives in time.

The run up to Christmas is exceptionally busy, you should allow extra time at placing the order to allow increased delivery time.

Commissions or Express deliveries

International Deliveries.

Please note: we are unable to process international orders through the website at present. Please contact me via email to discuss the details and shipping.

International deliveries may incur import duties depending on your choice of destination. You will be responsible for paying any such taxes or duties.

Returns

We really hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, I do understand you may wish to return it If you are not happy with your purchase. You can cancel the order within 14 days from the date of receipt, providing, that you return it me in its original condition for a refund. Returned items must be packaged to protect the item and retuned using a secure insurable and trackable method – registered / recorded or via special delivery to me.

Please note, I am unable to refund if:

  • Unwanted items are returned later than 14 days from the receipt of the order.
  • I reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is damaged during transit, or is not in the original / saleable condition.
  • The item was made to your specification.

Please contact me using the contact form prior to retuning the item to confirm the condition of the product and whether a refund can be made.
